1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the alamerhub n8n automation platform ("the Service"). The Service is a private, self-hosted n8n instance that connects to Google services (Gmail and Google Drive) for the account owner's personal automation workflows. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides automated workflow capabilities through n8n, integrating with the following Google APIs:
- Gmail API — to read, process, and send email messages within automated workflows
- Google Drive API — to view, create, and manage files and folders within automated workflows
The Service is operated solely for the account owner's personal use. It is not offered as a public service to any third parties.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal automation purposes and in compliance with:
- Google's Terms of Service and applicable API Terms
- Google's API Scopes and User Data Policy
- All applicable local, national, and international laws
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Access, process, or store data belonging to other users without their consent
- Send spam, unsolicited email, or any form of automated abuse through Gmail
- Violate Google's acceptable use policies or any third-party rights
- Attempt to exceed the scope of access granted by Google OAuth permissions
4. Google API Usage
The Service accesses Google APIs through OAuth 2.0 with the minimum scopes required for its workflows. The Service:
- Requests only the Google API permissions necessary for defined workflows
- Does not sell, use for advertising, or share Google user data with advertisers
- Does not transfer Google user data to any third party
- Uses Google data solely to execute the account owner's personal automation workflows
5. Data Responsibility
The account owner is solely responsible for:
- The content and configuration of all n8n workflows
- Managing data retention settings within n8n
- Ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations
- Maintaining the security of OAuth credentials and access tokens
- Revoking Google API access when it is no longer needed
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" for personal use without warranties of any kind. The account owner assumes all responsibility for the outcomes of automated workflows, including any actions taken on Gmail messages or Google Drive files. The Service operator shall not be liable for any data loss, workflow errors, or unintended actions resulting from the use of the Service.
7. Modifications to the Service
The account owner may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any individual workflow at any time without notice. Changes to Google API scopes or permissions will require re-authorization through Google's OAuth consent flow.
8. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Service or its Google API usage. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
